Big Wheel Truck and Trailer Repair was founded in june 2004, by Kevin Hoechsmann. Kevin has been in the truck and transport industry since 1987; creating this new company for his own company’s fleet, and to fill an honest and reliable service need in the local area. Annacis Island, Delta, is a very large commercial business park that is closely situated between the lower mainland of vancouver and the u.S. Boarder. The truck traffic in this area is very extensive with very little mechanical services in the immediate area. Big Wheel Truck and Trailer Repair is filling this need.
We service numerous local fleets, and owner-operators, with efficiency and honesty. We strive to make communication with our customers, the ultimate key. We know that each customer we deal with is trying to run their business, and their service, to full potential. The only way that the extensive planning of logistics can happen is to make sure that if a vehicle breaks down or needs servicing, a plan of action is put forth and reliable estimates of repair can be assured on. We put forth a commitment, that communicating with our customers, is the heart of big wheel truck repair.
Big Wheel Truck and Trailer Repair is also committed to doing a job once and doing it right. Many cases in the mechanical service industry, there is a constant return to a shop to get something corrected or completed, that was not originally done properly. We know that each time this happens, unnecessary costs, manpower, and downtime, can add up and be expensive. Our mechanics are committed to a thorough job. When working on a vehicle their eyes are always open to any issues that could later become a problem.
